Elizabeth Marsh

Elizabeth Marsh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and historic preservation. Currently serving as an Associate at Fairstead since March 2022, Elizabeth previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Just-A-Start Corporation, overseeing a range of affordable housing projects from design to construction from May 2016 to February 2022. Earlier roles include Architectural Historian at hmwPreservation, where responsibilities involved preparing nominations for the National Register of Historic Places, and Assistant Director at Preservation Durham, focusing on marketing and content development. Elizabeth holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, an M.A. in Historic Preservation from Savannah College of Art and Design, and dual B.A. degrees in Political Science from both The University of Akron and American University.
