Georgie Cella is an experienced professional in partnerships and business development, currently serving as the Partnerships Manager at The Fairtrade Foundation since September 2023, focusing on supporting ethical supply chains for global food brands. Previous roles include Fundraising and Partnerships Manager at Apps for Good, where meaningful partnerships for youth skills development were established, and Business Development Manager at OLIO, which promoted a zero food waste initiative. Georgie also managed the volunteer recognition scheme at VALUEYOU and participated in Charityworks as a Graduate Trainee. This was complemented by a marketing and communications placement at Advance. Earlier experience includes teaching English as an assistant for the British Council in a bilingual primary school. Georgie holds a Master’s degree in Global Development & Environment from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Spanish from Cardiff University.
