Baba Adam, Ph.D., currently serves as the Impact Portfolio Manager at Fairtrade International since October 2022. Previous experience includes a significant role as a Doctoral Researcher at Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, where Baba conducted data collection and impact analysis, culminating in scientific publications and presentations. Baba's earlier positions involved advising on climate risk management at GIZ, managing agricultural projects, and conducting research on climate adaptation measures. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Kiel University and an MSc in the same field from the University of Hohenheim, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Agriculture from the University of Cape Coast.
