Aquila Collins

Aquila Collins, MASL, currently serves as the Employers Liability Manager for the UK at Amazon and as a Supply Specialist for Fairview Health Services, while also consulting for Women Lifting Women, focusing on empowering women leaders. Previously, Aquila held various positions in the insurance sector, including Work Comp. Adjuster at State Auto Insurance Companies and Med Pay / PIP Adjuster at Farmers Insurance, where responsibilities included assessing liability and managing workers' compensation claims. Aquila's extensive experience began at Allstate as a Total Loss Adjuster, and included roles at Xerox, where leadership and customer relations were emphasized. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Human Services from Bethel University.
