Cal Decowski

Cal Decowski has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as the Director of Acute Care Finance at Fairview Health Services since January 2020, after holding roles such as Finance Operations Manager and Senior Financial Operations Analyst within the same organization. Prior to joining Fairview, Cal worked at UnitedHealth Group from January 2017 to January 2020, progressing through positions as an FP&A Financial Consultant, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Cal earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business between 2019 and 2021, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed in 2016.
