Helen McIntyre

Helen McIntyre, MBA, FACHE has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Helen served as the Vice President Operations at Fairview Pharmacy Services, where they were responsible for operations, business development, and strategic program growth. Helen also held the position of Vice President Operations - Fairview Ventures, where they focused on finding solutions to internal opportunities and executing learning plans for commercialization efforts. Helen was a Government Affairs Committee Member at Life Link III and served as a Regent, Past President, and Board Member for the American College of Healthcare Executives. Additionally, they were an Executive Committee Member for the Great Lakes Hemophilia Foundation and a Board of Directors Member for the Hemophilia Alliance. Helen also contributed to the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management as part of the Board of Advisors for the Executive MBA Program. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Consultant/Lean Flow Expert and an Administrative Director at HealthEast Care System - Woodwinds Health Campus. Helen's work experience showcases their expertise in operations, strategy, and leadership in the healthcare industry.

Helen McIntyre, MBA, FACHE has a strong educational background in business and management. Helen obtained their Bachelor of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Following this, Helen pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, specializing in Global/Finance. Helen completed their MBA program from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their degrees, Helen has also earned Lean Flow Certifications in both Health Care and Manufacturing from Saint Paul College. Helen obtained the Lean Flow Certification in Manufacturing in 2005 and the Lean Flow Certification in Health Care in 2006.
