Jill Goring

Jill Goring is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in leadership and clinical excellence. Currently serving as the System Director of Nursing Practice & Clinical Excellence at Fairview Health Services since January 2023, Jill previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at People Incorporated Mental Health Services from March 2020 to November 2022. Prior roles at Regions Hospital included Director of Nursing Practice, Education and Research, as well as serving as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Neurosurgery Nurse Clinician from March 2005 to March 2020. Jill's career began at St. Cloud Hospital as a Staff RN from June 2001 to June 2003. Jill holds a Master of Arts in Nursing from The College of St. Scholastica and a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University.
