Jill Kaiyalethe

Jill Kaiyalethe, SHRM-CP has a range of experience in the field of human resources. Jill began their career as a Human Resource Intern at Volunteers of America in 2007. In 2008, they joined Canadian Pacific Railway as an Advisor HR Field, where they worked until 2012. During their time there, Jill gained expertise in various HR functions. Jill then moved on to Fairview Health Services in 2012, taking on the role of Lead Recruitment Specialist. In this position, they partnered with various departments within the organization to recruit top talent by anticipating and exceeding business needs. Jill was also responsible for executing tactical recruiting plans and ensuring successful onboarding of new hires. Overall, Jill has a demonstrated track record of success in the HR field.

Jill Kaiyalethe, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resources from St. Cloud State University. Jill attended the university from 2004 to 2008. In 2015, they also obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
