Kaitlyn Bader

Kaitlyn (Kaity) Bader has a diverse background in pharmacy with extensive experience in medication management and education. Currently serving as a Learning Coach at the Alliance for Integrated Medication Management and a Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist at Fairview Health Services since 2019, Kaitlyn previously worked as a Community Pharmacist at Mackenthun's Fine Foods and completed a Pharmacy Residency at the University of Minnesota. Kaitlyn began the pharmacy journey as a Community Student Pharmacist at Lewis Family Drug. Educationally, Kaitlyn holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from South Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science from the same institution, complemented by a Postgraduate Pharmacy Residency in Pharmaceutical Care Leadership from the University of Minnesota.
