Karen Solberg

Karen Solberg has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the System Director of Credentialing at Fairview Health Services since November 2007. In this role, Karen provides leadership for system-wide credentialing and privileging functions. Previously, Karen held the position of Director of Health Information Management, Clinic Patient Access, and Business Services, overseeing patient scheduling, registration, and financial services for multiple clinics. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinic Manager at Park Nicollet Health Services, where Karen became certified in Lean Principles in Health Care, and as a Clinic Manager / HIM Manager at North Memorial Health Care. Educational credentials include a Masters Certificate in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University and a BA in Health Care Administration from Metro State University. Additionally, Karen has an Associate of Science degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
