Leslie Hong

Leslie Hong, M.Ed., is a licensed mental health professional with extensive experience in mental health and substance use disorder assessment and treatment. Currently serving at Fairview Health Services since January 2022, Leslie provides care for patients in crisis and offers telehealth services statewide. Prior to this role, Leslie worked as an EAP Consultant for New Directions Behavioral Health, and served as President and Clinical Director at LHC Consulting PC, where specialized counseling for life transitions and mental health concerns was offered. Experience also includes roles at River City Clinic, Hennepin County Medical Center, and the American Red Cross, focusing on integrated treatment and disaster mental health. Leslie holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Kent State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Religion from William & Mary.
