Matthew Metz

Matthew Metz is an experienced leader in organizational development and learning, currently serving as the System Director of Organizational Development and Learning at Fairview Health Services since August 2013. With a strong background in educational leadership, Matthew has held multiple roles within the organization, focusing on strategic planning, program design, and leadership development initiatives. Prior to Fairview Health Services, Matthew was the Principal at Saint Ambrose of Woodbury Catholic School, where significant contributions included assisting in the establishment of a new $16 million parish/school facility. Previous experience includes serving as Principal at Our Lady of Peace Catholic School, where Matthew facilitated the closure of existing school programs and the opening of a new campus, as well as a similar role at Incarnation Catholic School. Matthew Metz holds a Master's degree in Secondary School Administration/Principalship and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of St. Thomas.
