Patrick O'Brien

Patrick O'Brien, MSL, PMP, serves as the Director of Project and Process Management at Fairview Health Services, a role held since September 2014, where notable contributions include leading the COVID-19 vaccination program to achieve a capacity of 30,000 vaccinations per week and establishing a new Project Management Office (PMO) overseeing over 20 active projects. Previously, at UnitedHealth Group from April 2008 to July 2014, Patrick successfully led the integration of a newly acquired business unit, resulting in the migration of 500,000 customers and significant revenue gains. Earlier experience at Wells Fargo involved managing a risk management program in the residential construction market and leading strategic projects that achieved 1st place market share. Patrick holds a Master of Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
