Shelby G. Miller

Shelby G. Miller, M.A., J.D. currently serves as the Director of Operations for the Primary Care Service Line at Fairview Health Services, a position held since June 2015, which includes responsibilities as a Clinic Administrator. Prior to this role, Shelby held leadership positions at HealthEast from May 2010 to May 2014 as a Clinic Manager and Cytotechnology Department Supervisor. In addition, Shelby was the President of the TWIN CITIES BICYCLING CLUB, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with 1,200 members, from November 2017 to November 2021. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law with expertise in family law, immigration law, wills & estates, health law, and employment law; a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota with a focus on adapting to change; and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology/Cytotechnology from The College of St. Scholastica.
