Colleen Ferguson has a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Colleen has worked in various roles in the food and beverage industry, including as a Director of Cafe Operations at FairWave Specialty Coffee Collective. Prior to this, Colleen held positions such as Field Leader at Chipotle Mexican Grill, District Manager at Wingstop Restaurants Inc., F&B Multi-Operations Manager at HMSHost, and Store Manager at Starbucks. Colleen also holds a certificate in Bible/Biblical Studies from Word of Life Bible Institute.
