Joe Marrocco

Joe Marrocco is the VP of Coffee and Innovation at FairWave Specialty Coffee Collective, where Joe oversees all coffee purchasing, QC, roast quality, delivered beverage quality, and beverage education. Joe leads the Roasting, QC, and Education teams in all markets and brands. Joe also holds the title of VP of Coffee Sourcing and Product Development, focusing on developing a world-class coffee program across all collective brands. With a background in education, marketing, content development, sales, and business development, Joe has also worked in various roles at companies such as Hodges Bend MN, List + Beisler, Mill City Roasters, Cafe' Imports, and Kaldi's Coffee Roasting Company.
