Gemechis Marema

Gemechis Marema serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Fairway since June 2022, focusing on business development and partnerships. Previously, Gemechis held the position of Product Developer at Lagerblad Foods Oy from October 2015 to February 2023, where responsibilities included creating and enhancing products to meet market demands. Prior roles include Production Operator at Biisoni from April 2014 to October 2015, and Junior Engineer at Salini Impregilo in 2012, where Gemechis developed electrical plans and designed electronic equipment. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Software Engineering and Business Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Haramaya University. Additional education was obtained at Lapland University of Applied Sciences.
