At Fairway, we are revolutionizing the global job market by simplifying credential verification and enabling seamless cross-border recruitment. Our Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) wallet empowers job seekers to securely manage and share their professional credentials, including national IDs, educational qualifications, and proof of employment, while businesses and governments benefit from fast, transparent, and trustworthy verification services.

As a Finnish startup with strong ties to Ethiopia, we are committed to building scalable, decentralized identity solutions that bridge global talent and opportunity. By leveraging blockchain technology, including Cardano-based on-chain oracles, we ensure trust, compliance, and security at every step.

Our mission is to create a more inclusive workforce by enabling smooth and reliable hiring processes, fostering transparency, and supporting workforce mobility. Whether you’re a job seeker, an employer, or a government agency, Fairway is your trusted partner in professional identity verification and global recruitment solutions.

Let’s shape the future of hiring together. 🌍💼
