Matthew Coleman, CSM

Matthew Coleman, CSM has held various roles in the asset management and real estate industries since 2005. Matthew began their career as a Project Accountant at CH2M HILL in 2005, followed by a Property Management Coordinator role at Guardian Management. In 2006, they worked as a Systems Analyst and Property Accountant at Scanlan Kemper Bard Companies. Matthew then moved to C. E. John Company, Inc. in 2009, where they held the role of Property Manager. In 2013, they were promoted to Director of Asset Management/IS at the same company. In 2014, they took on the role of Vice President Asset Management at Guardian Real Estate Services. Matthew then moved to Killian Pacific in 2015, where they served as Senior Asset Manager. In 2020, they were hired as Director of Asset Management at J Peterkort & Co. and is currently in the same role at Fairway America since 2021.

Matthew Coleman, CSM has an educational background that spans from 1998 to the present. Matthew began their education at Clackamas Community College, where they earned an Associates of Arts in Accounting in 2000. Matthew then attended Linfield University and received a Bachelors in Business Information Systems in 2010. Matthew is currently enrolled in Cornell University, where they are pursuing an Executive Leadership Certificate, expected to be completed in 2022.
