Joe Strother

Joe Strother is a seasoned Project Superintendent with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently, Joe serves as Project Superintendent at Fairway Construction Co., Inc., overseeing the Pebblebrook Parkside project in Denton, TX since April 2022. Prior to this role, Joe worked at The NRP Group LLC for nearly twelve years, managing several significant developments, including the 296-unit NorthPark Apartments in Lubbock, TX, and the 476-unit Vineyard project in Austin, TX. Joe's background also includes positions at Austin Commercial, Gables Residential, Fairfield Residential, and Trammell Crow Residential, where notable projects included a 26-story high-rise in Dallas and various mixed-use developments. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
