Dan Gold

Dan Gold is the current President & Global Head R&D Search Practice at Fairway Consulting Group. Prior to this role, Dan served as the Vice President R&D Search Practice from January 2008 to November 2012. In this role, they managed a project team of recruiters focused on executive search in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors with a focus on clinical development, medical affairs, regulatory/quality assurance, and drug discovery.

From November 2006 to January 2008, Dan served as Director R&D Search Practice. In this role, they again managed a team of recruiters focused on executive search in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

Dan began their career at Fairway Consulting Group as a Search Consultant in August 2002. Dan has been with the company for over 18 years in various leadership roles.

Dan Gold's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in the School of Informatics. Dan also participated in a study abroad program in Seville, Spain through the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
