Breanna Crews

Breanna Crews serves as the Employee Experience and Development Manager at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation since March 2020, focusing on employee engagement, satisfaction, and growth through strategic initiatives. Breanna has held multiple roles within the organization, including Senior Organizational Development Specialist, HR Services Manager, and HR Services Team Lead. In addition to current responsibilities, Breanna is a Coach at Fairway Ignite, where personalized coaching drives clients toward achieving their professional and personal goals. Breanna also serves as President of the Emerson High School PTSA, fostering collaboration among parents, teachers, and students. Previous experience includes roles in human resources and customer care across various organizations, supported by an Associate’s Degree in Supervisory Management and Leadership Development, a Certificate in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
