Joshua T. Romaine is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the mortgage, home warranty, recreation, and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Licensed Loan Originator and Corporate Closing Coordinator at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation since April 2015, Joshua has extensive skills in loan origination and closing processes. Prior experience includes working as a Purchasing Agent at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty and a Maintenance Lead at South Suburban Parks & Recreation, where responsibilities included maintaining landscapes and redesigning course structures.
