Kelly Garnett

Kelly Garnett has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in benefits administration and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Benefits and Leave Manager at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation since February 2015, Kelly has held various roles including Senior Benefits Administrator and HR Benefits Administrator. Prior experience includes roles at Dean Clinic as Benefits Analyst and Talent Specialist, focusing on benefits program administration and recruitment. Additionally, Kelly worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Allianz Global Investors of America L.P., contributing to various HR functions, and completed internships in human capital and human resources at Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI and W Hotels.
