Ted Spero

Ted Spero, MBA has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Ted started their career at Ocwen Financial Corporation in 2003 as a Senior Technical Analyst before being promoted to Supervisor of the Data Center Team in 2004. In 2005, they joined FAIRWINDS Credit Union as the VP of Networking & Information Security, where they held the role until 2011. Ted then became the VP of IT Operations & Infrastructure for one year before being promoted to VP of IT Infrastructure, a position they currently hold.

Ted Spero, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the same university from 1997 to 2007. Additionally, in 2020, they pursued further education by earning a Business Law Certificate from Cornell Law School and certificates in Negotiation Mastery and Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online.
