Valerie Monk possesses a diverse range of professional experience in finance, marketing, and administration. Currently, Valerie serves as the Controller at Faith Community Hospital since August 2021, after previously holding the position of Administrative Assistant. Prior to this, Valerie was the Executive Director of the Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce from May 2020 to July 2021 and worked as a Marketing and Events Coordinator at Anderson Ranch Graphics from August 2019 to May 2020. Additional experience includes roles in social media marketing and catering sales coordination at Overton Hotel and Conference Center, as well as internships in advertising and media planning at KCBD-TV and GriffinWink Advertising. Valerie holds a degree from the College of Media & Communication at Texas Tech University, where studies took place from 2013 to 2016, following attendance at Angelo State University in 2012-2013.
