Wen Li Lim

Wen Li Lim has a diverse work experience, with roles spanning various industries. Wen Li is currently the Podcast Host for the Mentally Healthy Workplaces Asia Podcast, where they focus on promoting sustainable and mentally healthy workplaces within the Asian context. Wen Li also serves as the Chief Impact Officer (FlourishDx) at People Diagnostix, where they contribute to the organization's mission. As the Regional Director of Partnerships, Asia Pacific, at Faith Driven Entrepreneur, they work on developing partnerships in the region. In their previous roles, they have served as the Director and Managing Director at The Platform, where they showcased their leadership skills. Wen Li was also the Operations Director at Garden Impact, responsible for overseeing operations. Earlier in their career, they worked at Iluka Resources as a Senior International Mobility Specialist, at EY as a Senior Manager, and at Tiffany & Co. as a Sales Consultant.

Wen Li Lim attended Curtin University from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a major in Accounting and Finance.
