Mychal Ann Druba

Mychal Ann Druba, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Faith Promise Church since July 2021, following a maternity sabbatical. Prior to this role, Mychal accumulated extensive experience at National Instruments from 2011 to 2020, holding positions such as Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager, where leadership of Global University Relations and Recruiting was key, and various Talent Acquisition Manager roles overseeing recruiting efforts across the Americas. Mychal also held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Iodine Software and worked as a Process Improvement Intern at Roche Diagnostics, where a successful plan was proposed to save significant costs. Educationally, Mychal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
