Brandon Morfeld

Prior to joining Faith Regional Health Services, Brandon Morfeld served as a continuous improvement coordinator at Becton Dickinson West in Columbus, NE. In his role there, he gained a thorough understanding of the cost savings initiatives process and how to oversee the big picture. He achieved Lean Leader Certification and trained in Six Sigma Green Belt. He also helped create or execute several projects to eliminate waste and reduce downtime, helping the plant to achieve their savings targets. Mr. Morfeld uses his knowledge of Lean to assist the organization in driving down waste, increasing revenue, and building efficiencies across the organization.

Mr. Morfeld has completed the Lean Black Belt training offered by the Aveta Business Institute and earned his Black Belt certification. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mount Marty College in Yankton, SD. He is a native of Stanton, NE.

Mr. Morfeld is married and has three children.
