Kelly Driscoll

Kelly Driscoll received her Registered Nurse degree from Northeast Iowa Community College in Peosta, Iowa. She continued her education at the Hamilton Business College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, receiving her bachelor in Business Administration degree. She then completed her Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) at Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. Since 1999, Driscoll has held management positions including Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, Chief Nursing Officer, and Interim CEO with Unity Point Health System in Iowa.

In 2011, she was hired at Faith Regional Health Services as Vice President of Patient Care Services. In 2013, she accepted the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Driscoll also held the role of interim President and CEO for periods in 2014 and 2018. In 2018, she was appointed Faith Regional President and CEO.

Driscoll received the distinguished certification as a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2012 and was named among 130 Women Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know in 2015, 2016, and 2017 by Becker's Hospital Review.

Mrs. Driscoll is married and has three children.
