Alphonso Guerrero has extensive experience in both pastoral and mentoring roles. Since September 2015, Alphonso has served as Associate Pastor and Youth Pastor at Faith Worship Center. Additionally, Alphonso is the Founder and President of Compass Mentoring Academy, Inc., a non-profit organization established in December 2008 that focuses on helping at-risk youth navigate life's challenges and realize their potential. This organization collaborates with the Contra Costa County Probation Department to provide mentoring programs at the Orin Allen Youth Rehabilitation Facility in Byron, California. Earlier in their career, Alphonso worked as a Broker Associate at Realty World of The Bay from August 2007 to September 2013.
