Lee Porter

Lee Porter currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at both AtkinsRéalis and Faithful+Gould since June and September 2023, respectively. Prior to these roles, Lee held the position of Operations Manager at ECCS Ltd for a brief period in late 2022 and spent over seven years at BAE Systems as a Programme Manager and Space Management Lead, focusing on space management strategic initiatives for HM Naval Base in Portsmouth. Lee’s previous experience includes roles as Manager of Project Engineering at Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK Ltd, and as a Project Manager at Novartis, contributing significantly to multiple engineering projects throughout a career spanning nearly two decades in project and operations management.
