Prior to joining FaithLife Financial, Duane worked at Sun Life Financial for 20 years, where they were responsible for all Advisor and Manager recruiting/selection process governance nationally. Duane also sourced and secured speakers for all national programs. Under Duane's leadership, the company saw significant growth and success.
