Aya Abd Elhamid has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Outpatient Services and Contact Center Director at Fakeeh.care since October 2018, after previously holding the role of Contact Center Supporting and Operation Manager. Prior to this, Aya worked at Raya CX in the Training Team from March 2014 to September 2018, and at Islamic Mission Hospital in the Insurance Office from February 2013 to January 2014. Aya holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Immunology from Helwan University Cairo, obtained in September 2010.
