Dr.hisham Dhafar

Dr. Hisham Dhafar serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Med-e within the Fakeeh Care Group since March 2020, also holding the title of EMS Executive Director and Duty Managers Service Director. With previous experience as the Chief Operational Officer at Dr. Erfan & Begedo General Hospital from September 2015 to March 2020 and various roles at the Saudi Red Crescent Authority from April 2008 to September 2015, including Makkah Region Technical Affair Employee and Jeddah City Operation Manager, Dr. Dhafar has developed expertise in emergency medical services and operational management. Dr. Dhafar's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and General Surgery from King Abdulaziz University and a Master's degree in Health Care and Hospitals Management from the same institution.
