Roza Kooter

Roza Kooter is an experienced Associate Consultant at Fakton, where the role has been maintained since March 2022, following positions as a Junior Consultant and Werkstudent. Previous experience includes a Thesis Intern role at PwC, an Intercedent position at Zorgwerk Personeelsdiensten, and serving as Chairman of the STAR Erasmus Consulting Board at the STAR Study Association Rotterdam School of Management. Roza also worked as an Academic Tutor in Technology Management and completed an HR internship at Rogz (Pty) Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, completed in May 2022, and a Bachelor’s degree from the same institution earned between 2016 and 2019.
