JC Kulm is an experienced recruiting professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and advisory roles across various companies. Currently serving in a recruiting capacity at fal since June 2025, JC previously held the position of Recruiting Lead at ZORA from March 2021 to June 2025 and co-founded Sawtooth Talent Partners in October 2019, focusing on strategic scaling of companies.
