Perez Katpitia

Perez Katpitia has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in leadership roles. They most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at Falabella India, starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Ascena Retail Group, Inc., where they played a key role in growing the organization's Global Innovation Center in India. Perez also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Citi, where they provided HR leadership for the Johor Bahru site. They have a background in risk consulting, having worked as an Associate Director of Human Resources at KPMG Global Services, and also have experience in talent acquisition, including a role as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Wipro Infotech. Earlier in their career, Perez was an Executive in Human Resources at NDS Pay TV Services Ltd., where they contributed to significant growth in the company's workforce.

Perez Katpitia completed an MBA in Business Management from ICFAI Business School from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a BBM degree in Business Management from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore-575003, from 2000 to 2003.
