Carolina Vasquez Lepe

Carolina Vasquez Lepe is a seasoned project manager and architect with extensive experience in retail design and architecture. Currently serving as Project Manager for Store Planning at Falabella Retail S.A since October 2023, Carolina previously held the position of Grouper Retail Design for L'Oréal Luxe Chile from January 2017 to September 2023, overseeing the implementation of international designs and managing budgets and marketing strategies. Earlier roles include Independent Architect focusing on brand image development, Chief Architect for large stores at Instore Diseño y Arquitectura, and Project Architect for standalone stores. Carolina began their career as Project Manager at Norte Arquitectura Ltda., specializing in restaurant and café development. Carolina holds a degree in Architecture from Universidad de Chile and a diploma in Lighting from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
