Juan Manuel Uribe Torrado

Juan Manuel Uribe Torrado is an experienced professional in eCommerce operations, currently serving as Gerente de Operaciones Ecommerce at Falabella since August 2014. In this role, Juan Manuel leads the development and execution of operational strategies to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business profitability. Previously, Juan Manuel held various positions at Falabella, including Gerente Comercial Ecommerce, Subgerente de Operaciones Ecommerce, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Analyst, contributing significantly to commercial negotiations, incident management, project planning, and KPI standardization.
