Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on online sales of organic products promoting body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, since January 2016, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting firm from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects such as applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food.
