Valentina Molfino

Valentina Molfino has extensive experience in labor relations and legal practice, currently serving as Subgerente de Relaciones Laborales at Falabella Retail S.A. since August 2016. Previous roles at Falabella include Jefe de Relaciones Laborales and Abogada Senior de Relaciones Laborales. Prior to this, Valentina worked as an Abogada in private practice, handling civil, labor, and corporate legal matters, and provided legal assistance in various institutions. Valentina began their legal career at Arthur, Humeres, Mejia, Toloza y CIA Abogados and also served as a teaching assistant in labor law at Universidad del Desarrollo. Valentina holds a Diplomado in Derecho del Trabajo with a focus on Negociación Colectiva from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is a graduate of Universidad del Desarrollo.
