Gareth Watson TiFireE is an experienced fire service professional with a comprehensive background in leadership and management. Currently serving as Crew Commander (Development) at Falck Fire Services UK since November 2019, Gareth continues to enhance skills in agile leadership and management. A Crew Commander with Scottish Fire and Rescue Service since November 2009, Gareth's previous roles include Firefighter, Leading Firefighter, Crew Manager, and Watch Manager at Aberdeen International Airport from May 2001 to November 2019, as well as Firefighter service in the Royal Air Force from September 1994 to May 2001.
