Starting as an Assistant Store Manager at Walmsleys furniture, Jon transitioned to roles in telesales and wholesale tyre sales before moving on to their current position as an Industry engagement representative at Falck Fire Services UK. With experience in tracking and managing customer intelligence across multiple sectors, Jon evaluates client project aspirations to ensure alignment with strategic growth objectives. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in English studies from the University of Sunderland.
