Allan H. Kristoffersen

Allan H. Kristoffersen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Global Treasury and Senior Director at Falck since January 2022. Previously, Allan held the position of Head of Group Treasury at DFDS from February 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included centralizing treasury operations amidst complex challenges such as transformational acquisitions and global crises. At Royal Unibrew, from March 2010 to February 2018, Allan professionalized the treasury department and managed various financial reporting and communication tasks. Earlier career roles at Danske Bank involved corporate banking and relationship management, with Allan rising from Assistant Relationship Manager to Senior Relationship Manager between 2002 and 2010. Allan holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting from Copenhagen Business School and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Southern Denmark.
