Jens Asbjørn Fynboe

Jens Asbjørn Fynboe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director and Global Head of Leadership & Organisational Development at Falck since August 2019, Jens leads a team that implements global programs affecting 25,000 employees in 26 countries, focusing on areas such as leadership development, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior experience includes roles at Danske Bank, where Jens significantly contributed to organizational transformation and performance management initiatives from 2006 to 2019, as well as project management and consultancy positions in both public and private sectors earlier in the career. Jens holds a Master's degree in Business Studies and Organisational Psychology from Roskilde University and has continued to enhance professional skills through various courses.
