Brandon Mihalo

Brandon Mihalo currently serves as Vice President at FALCON since January 2019, where responsibilities include developing relationships with private equity clients and showcasing the value of retained search through effective candidate pipelines. Prior roles at FALCON include Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst, where Brandon led client interactions, conducted research, and managed candidate data. Previous experience includes working as an M&A Analyst at Blackmore Partners Inc, focusing on deal analysis and industry research, and assisting small businesses at the Small Business Development Center at St. Francis University. Early experience includes a co-operative education position at KPMG Canada, where Brandon gained insights into accounting and client relations. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Saint Francis University.
