Chinmaya Desai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Business Officer at Falcon since November 2021, Chinmaya Desai has previously held notable positions including Director of Business - Payments International at FIS and Vice President & Head of Digital Solution Sales for Institutions & Corporate at RBL Bank. Other significant roles include Associate Vice President in the Transaction Banking Group at Ratnakar Bank and Senior Manager of Electronic Banking Solutions at HDFC Bank. Chinmaya Desai began the career as a Management Trainee at Wockhardt and holds an MBA in Marketing from SIES, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering.
