Darpan Singhi

Darpan Singhi currently serves as the Head of Legal and Chief of Staff at Falcon since March 2022, where responsibilities include executing the CEO's vision and overseeing legal matters related to contracts, commercial activities, and capitalizations. Previously, Darpan worked as the Associate Director at Trilegal, providing legal advice on high-value transactions, and held the position of Corporate Lawyer at Ikigai Law, leading the corporate commercial vertical and managing a team. Darpan's career began at Tempus Law Associates as a Corporate Lawyer. Darpan holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Central European University and a B.A., LL.B (hons) from Jindal Global Law School.
