Vartika Meena is an experienced professional in people operations, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Falcon since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing HRMS, stakeholder management, employee onboarding, and HR recruitment. Prior experience includes roles as a Content Creator for the Rotaract Club of Meraki, a Talent Acquisition Intern at InfiHire, and a Human Resources Intern at AASHRAY NGO. Vartika Meena holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the College of Vocational Studies, obtained in May 2022, and received recognition as Rotaractor of the Month in August 2021.
